I need to limit refined sugar.

Today I need to:
1. journal honestly (weigh and measure when necessary)
2. walk at least 20 minutes 3. make sure I have the foods in the house that are necessary to provide healthy meals (going shopping)

1. I need to track everything. 2. Do a video tonight 3. Uninstall itrackbites, put all phone ww pages, pdfs in a folder. I am going to use these 7 weeks to work with calorie/macro counting in YAZIO.

Plan ahead - too easy to put off otherwise. Keep a record - something as simple as a checkmark on the calendar. I've got a great book - "Stretching" by Bob Anderson - choose a routine or two from the book instead just random.

Today I will: Eat only the foods that I need to nourish my body, no junk! Get out of the house, if only to do a bit of shopping. Continue with my 30 min per day of exercising, maybe even try to add on a few more minutes.

1. Set an alarm to do a session of exercise. 2. Actually get up and do it. 3. Plan a little more variety in my meals. reneinitaly, glad you are joining us.

Today I will track. (actually tracked breakfast )
Get in my 10,000 steps. (am currently at 6,600 at 10:15am)
Do a bit of shopping for fruit and veggies. Stick to my list.
