Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. With friends yesterday. I did walk while waiting for the hostess to get ready but just in her house and more walking to look at her paintings and such...not any real exercise. Today I will set the timer again and we will be going grocery shopping.
BOB: glad your blood work said no biopsy! Hooray!

Thanks Cathy. Not exactly sure what makes my Dr's brain tick sometimes. Rode my bike up to skyline yesterday for 90' of nice ride. Walked 75' w buddy early.
