Good morning all! I had a wonderful time at the yoga studio anniversary party with my grand niece. We did a slow flow class together - it was less vinyasa and more strengthening holds and hip and shoulder openers and I want to go back to this teacher. Daily Affirmation - I am getting stronger and feel it everywhere! Fitness Report - delicious yoga class and a one mile hike at the osprey trail. Health Goal - work it - keep it up. Gratitude - so happy to have been able to make it through a full-on yoga class. Waves to all!

Pat, so glad you enjoyed our yoga class. Why in the world did you doubt you could make it through???
affirmation - I am strong in mind, body and spirit! health goal - hydrate and no more carbs today!!!! fitness goal - LBWO and walk tonight. It's unseasonably warm again! gratitude - my flower project is done!
I had a 'great idea' for our March Garden Club Scholar Luncheon next week. I offered to make book paper roses for the centerpieces. One of the ladies came to help, but it took us 5 hrs instead of just the morning. Oh well, chalk it up to my under-estimating how long crafts take to make. BUT, they are done!
Got lots of work to do... until later!
