QOTD:
1. How did you do with the three things you set out to do yesterday?
2. “The beautiful thing about set backs is they introduce us to our strengths.”
Have you ever had a set back that introduced you to a strength of yours? Please share.
AOTD:
Yesterday’s goals:
Today I need to track every bite, lick and taste. ✅
I need to limit refined sugar. ✅
I need to get a workout in at Curves. ✅
The set back that continually reveals strength is my struggle with refined sugar. Since I knew I needed to get on top of the refined sugar once again it was one of my goals for today. I know I can’t eliminate refined sugar entirely, but I can limit it, which worked today to show me I was strong enough to take it one day at a time.

Yesterday's..Today I need to: 1. journal honestly (weigh and measure when necessary) NO
2. walk at least 20 minutes 15 not 20
3. make sure I have the foods in the house that are necessary to provide healthy meals (going shopping) did not shop...might shop today?
I think it would be planning to stay OP and then not staying OP and then making the same plan and never giving up...

Yesterday's goals 1. I need to track everything. Yes✔️ 2. Do a video tonight, ❌ but I did walk to and from work 3. Uninstall itrackbites, put all phone ww pages, pdfs in a folder. ✔️ But have already reinstalled even though I do not love itrackbites. I am going to use these 7 weeks to work with calorie/macro counting in YAZIO. Dumped this idea after 24 hours. I really have the tendency to make things harder and more complicated than necessary. Simply Filling is the lifestyle I want, and I just have to work on it to make it work for me. ❤️
Setbacks are a part of any journey. Learning from them is the prize 🏆

Plan ahead - too easy to put off otherwise. Yes.
Keep a record - something as simple as a checkmark on the calendar. Yes.
I've got a great book - "Stretching" by Bob Anderson - choose a routine or two from the book instead just random. No. Didn't look or pick out a routine. I did follow a set of stretches that are posted/suggested at workplace.

I didn't set an alarm to exercise, but I did spend some time on the elliptical. It wasn't very long because it is amazing how quickly I tire out on it. I did do a lot of moving around yesterday though. For variety in my meals I had a salad with cukes, tomato, and green onions (from the garden), 4 Triscuits, and cherries for lunch. Beets with beet tops, green and yellow beans, quinoa, and grapes for supper last night.
As far as set backs go, when I have one I just acknowledge it and move on with better choices. I don't give up.

I did pretty well yesterday, I ate pretty well, went out walking around Wal-mart, (I hate Wal-mart), I did my exercise routine. I have been doing this for about 2 or 3 weeks now, I will have to say that I feel better both mentally & physically.
I have had so many setbacks that I couldn't begin to count them. I have finally learned that it is ok, You can just get up and start over again.
