Bee j I probably am to blame. I awoke 2 hours early! I'll pitch it back to you!
Ann Good idea about the teas. I amout ofmy element w/ restless nights. My standard is to fall asleep quickly and stay asleep for 8 solid hours or at a time thatI told myself to awaken. I am sooooooooooo spoiled.

Audrey Safe travels. It's nice when you can see old friends and nobody has changed.
Cathy I hope you got your printer problems solved.I had to do the Windows 10 updates too. When it's cold in the winter we don't have to run the AC but now it is imperative.I am normally able to turn off the window unit in the early morning hours and around 8:00 turn it back on.Our lows the last 2 mornings have been 80 so not much of a cool down.I'm glad you have been getting some cooler nights.
June I hope you were able to go back to bed.
Susi I'm glad Charlie's harness seems to be helping.I hope you have fun at your party and enjoy your indulgences.
Ann I'm glad you slept well.I would love to have a low of 61(maybe in Nov)LOL.WTG on staying the same after your late lunch with friends yesterday.I'm glad you enjoyed the visit.
MJ I hope you can enjoy your very busy day.

Willing to be willing and aware as we spend the day with family before several take off for home. The gathering of family has been wonderful and full of laughter and making and reliving memories.
Planning and tracking meals and intentionally limiting refined sugar which is plentiful at mom’s. Definitely hydrating and moving as I aim for blue. Have a great day everyone.

MJ Happy Birthday to Toots.Hope it's a special one for him.
LaDonna Good for you getting a walk in.It was already 80 at 5:30 this morning.I'm glad you enjoyed your self last night. Our deer season isn't until the first Saturday in November.
Bee I hope you found your git up and go.I think mine is lost in the heat & humidity.
Ann Enjoy your walk.
June I think sometimes we all have too much on our "plates." When you are married to a farmer you get used to your husband being outside a lot.I tend to worry about mine during the hot summer though.I fall asleep quickly too but I have been waking much too early.I rarely get 8 hrs sleep.

I’ve become a lighter sleeper so I get 6-7 hours. An airplane flies above the house at 6.15 weekdays and behind us a neighbor’s dog barks between 5 and 6. It is enough to feel rested. I’m doing Windows updates tonight. I hate when it happens when I need the computer. Becky, what are your husband’s work hours?

Audrey my husband doesn't work out anymore. We have cattle and they don't come up until 3:30-4:00 which is always around the hottest time of day. It's not quite as hot as expected so far today @101 at 4:00.Windows 10 gave me an option to choose the time for the update and it didn't take as long as I expected it to.

Bee, hope all is well. June, Laken and I have a wonderful time together and a great relationship but believe me when I say we also know how to push each other's buttons. It's been a long time since I slept a whole 8 hours at one time. I wake up about every 2-3 hours to use the restroom and ck on kids if they are not home. I usually don't have trouble going back to sleep thankfully. Pam, sounds like a wonderful time! Becky how long does your season last? ours is over New Year's day so its a pretty good stretch for the hunters here.

LaDonna Ours also ends on New Years Day.Kenneth thinks bow season for deer starts in October. When we first started planning our wedding date 35 years ago I had suggested November and he told me that would be okay if I didn't want any men to attend our wedding.LOL.So we settled on Sept 22.He doesn't hunt anymore because there really isn't any place for him to hunt without spending a fortune and one year he decided to sell his deer rifle to help out with our finances.
Pam It sounds like you have had a good time and making memories.

Have to share the 'excitement'...we were a about two houses from ours talking to our neighbor when low and behold a huge black bear walked right across the road and into our neighbors back yard. There is a river that abuts it, so my guess is that he/she is going for a swim! We had LuLa with us, she turned to look at the bear and never barked. I guess she couldn't care less LOL. That is the third time in 12 years we've been here that we have seen a bear! LaDonna and Becky, I so enjoyed your hunting stories Pam enjoy all your wonderful family time as you make great memories. Audrey I used to be a sound sleeper...now not so much. I'm lucky to get 6 hours in. I do tend to nap when I get tired, so I'm sure that doesn't help. See y'all in the a.m.

Today's conversations revealed a lot more about your lives and personalities. Thank you for that. I feel like I have a little more insight to each of you. Happy birthday Toots! The party, as expected, was over the top with a 4 course dinner. I will own the indulgence and willingly pay the price.
