100 Day Challenge 💯 If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit. After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went. YOU CAN START ANY DAY OF THIS CHALLENGE! Walked 20 minutes and dis weight exercises with arms...even got on the elliptical for a count of sixty or so Within calorie goal for the day

for Friday 8/9:
Food: 😐 - Day trip with galpals, made good choices all day (& planned ahead for a stop for ice cream) but ate too much when I got home....perhaps mistaking fatigue for hunger (I was the driver all day) Activity: 😊 - walked some during the trip, finished with my treadmill at home, despite being tired.
