Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. Spent hours in the basement. First time down there to print something (printer didn't print clearly) and the computer wanted to download to update...still working this morning...stayed up till 3am then went to bed hoping it would be finished by morning. At least it is connecting to the internet again...for now.
20 minutes walking + some elliptical (like a minute) and used weights for arms

Ooof. Gotta love computer stuff. I biked my 90 minute hill climb loop to Skyline yesterday. Walked 75' early. Mowed grass for an hour to do both lawns.
