First full week on WW maintenance plus IF.
-.6 (total -15.6)
Eating the extra 5 just made me feel full all week.
Amazing how my appetite has changed. Cravings have completely vanished. I have no great urge to eat and I no longer panic if I don't have food immediately at a meal time.
Guess this is what appetite correction is all about.

If you are done losing, try adding in 1 more point and see if your weight stabilizes next week. 😊 * I just wanted to add, I know This is hard for some people to keep adding in points ( borntexan I am looking at you 👀) but trust the process. I know you keep meticulous track of everything so don't worry, this is how maintenance is done. If you want to go another week at 5 and see how your weight goes that's fine too! But don't be afraid to tweak it until the losing stops. **Becky is a good friend and absolutely knows I am teasing her. 🤣

People tend to have a really hard time if they don't see a loss each and every week even if they are in maintenance. A maintain for the week disappoints even though that's what maintenance is supposed to be. I love maintenance way more than losing mode because to me the losing pressure is off so I cannot relate but sounds common.
I am tentatively excited to see that this weekend I saw the 140s again. I haven't seen that decade in MONTHS. I think that although the weight is coming off really slowly, the lifting in the gym has changed so much of my body that I'm not as concerned with the slowness of the scale, but was nice to see the 140s again.
Still largely doing keto on any uneventful day (which is most days) but not turning down birthday cake at parties if it's a good one and not turning down nice desserts if worth it at restaurants. Again only if good ones. No frozen but thawed out desserts at chain restaurants for example. Quality over quantity. I even bought a 90% dark chocolate gourmet chocolate bar yesterday and will have one square a day. It's too rich to have more than that.

Your success and what works for you doesn't require you to have to relate to what anyone else does or thinks or believes. Glad you're doing well, I'm in the 140's too and it's a great place to be.

Jennifer I agree with finreporter that it's hard even on maintenance not to want to see a small loss every week.In losing mode it's always exciting to see a loss and when you switch over to maintenance and there is no loss or even a small gain it's not so exciting. You have done so well with IF and freestyle and I know you will continue to do well as you maintain. DebDoesWW was kidding when she mentioned me but I had a lot of trouble adding my maintenance points in because I always thought I would gain back all my weight and frankly I was scared.However I have been at goal or below 3 years and I finally know I won't gain it all back.I have my ups and downs but they all even out and I am proud of you for being so willing to add your points back in already.I got down to an unreasonable weight before I was able to flip that switch to maintenance and that was on the old smart points plus plan.

I *may* have had to threaten Becky with me driving up there if she didn't add some points back in. 🤣🤣 Seriously though borntexan you were in losing mode for so long that it was harder to flip that switch, and I figured that when you went into maintenance, that is why I was always on you about it. ❤️

Jae - It takes a while to figure out how to make maintenance work for you. There is no one right answer.
WI was 3+ below goal after a major indulgence on Saturday. This week there is one small and one large indulgence planned around.
