Susi Whew... you have a lot of commitments to juggle today & this weekend,! A nap or a few adult beverage may be in orde? Both?
Am reminding myself that whatever news we hear today, we will deal w/ together. Am fortune in that way.
Audrey Thx for sharing. There can be happy endings for children who struggle in school. Often, it is the matter of finding a better fit w/ a new teacher or school.

My aware glasses are in place. Tracking and hydrating another day. One more family breakfast before my sister leaves for home. We’ve made many memories while she’s been here. I’ll be aiming for blue today. Have a great day everyone.

Pam So happy for you that you had this special time w/ your family. Keepingyiur eye on the prize!
LaDonna Some days you do not know whether to say "yee haw, giddy up, or whoa!" Sure will make putting your feet up a pleasant part of your evening though
Ha ha ha . . . I had news today on two fronts. Will have to decide how to respond. But isn't that always the way? Surgery denied, Next step is up in the air until Dr. & his sect. return to the office. Home improvement will cost serious cash. We can do it in two stages.
No idea what R's separation packet will be. Hoping to be pleasantly surprised.

Oh, June, I just don’t get it when a doctor authorizes something and insurance denies it. Perhaps R’s doctor needs to write it another way before it is approved. Sending stronger prayers. La Donna’s comment about Bee needing bail money made me realize that Bee is the wild child of our group and probably a hell raiser when she was younger. Just saying... I worked in the yard 30 minutes and then proceeded with errands. GPS misguided me twice to addresses and then when I went to pick up the key, the lady had forgotten to leave it. She does not live close to me so I put on a Deepak Chopra podcast in the car and listen to it as I drove across town to Walmart. This may be the month of bad bosses because the nice checkout lady and bag are at Walmart both complained about the lady in the yellow vest who was supervising them and on their case. They did a great job for me and I made sure to thank them loudly. It was 1230 and 94° when I got home and I unloaded everything from the car and I’m now eating my lunch after 1 o’clock.I am exhausted. .

Audrey I really do not know how anything will play out. I can not even hazhard a guess right now. Hope you are recuperating from all that "running" in the heat. Bravo for you for sticking up for the WM employees. I always let managers know when they have great workers.
Susi My fear is R will now do everything that he can to avoid or delay surgery. I just have no idea what the path forward is. I just don't know. . .
I did not share @ the basement. Before all the neck & unemployment news hit, we had an inspectiion of the basement. Got the estimate which gave me sticker shock. I put my follow-up questions aside until today. I did not have the energy to think or talk about it.

Audrey My hometown is about 40 minutes from here.I grew up in Taylor. That is where I first made lifetime.I went with my mom and I lost and she quit going after I made goal. There hasn't been a meeting there for years.I found out they have one on Thursday's at 12:30 in an event center I have never heard of or been to.I know one of the streets it's on so we will go early so we can find it before I have to be there to WI.I will only go once a month. The only other fairly close studio is in a church basement in Bastrop.I have been there but it was the summer before freestyle came out and their only meeting is at 6:30 and after the time change driving is not always good.Anyway I called the 800 number yesterday and they were able to give me my LT number.Hopefully it won't be too hot to leave Scooter out while we are gone.Enjoy your dinner tonight.
Cathy I hope you had fun at your Wednesday gathering.
(((June)))Prayers and hugs for you and Richard.
Bee I am so glad we no longer have AT&T.Their internet doesn't come out this far so I can't even have a smartphone with them.I have to use a satellite company for my laptop internet and I have a prepaid unlimited data with Verizon for the phone.I don't have any problems with Verizon but my ISP is slow and very pricey. That's what I get for living out in the sticks I guess.I hope you didn't have too much trouble with them.
MJ Continued prayers for CJ and those taking care of him including you that you will all find out what's best for him.

(((Ann)))More prayers and hugs today will be a better day for you.
Susi I have done WW online for the last 6 years and got to goal on my own and have maintained for 3 yrs but I'm just tired of paying and not getting any benefits so I will enjoy my free etools also and I can be accountable once a month anyway.Yes to firing Sprint. We had so much trouble with them with them charging us twice some months and internet also being out.Never again.Good luck on your juggling.
Pam Congrats on breaking through your plateau yesterday.
June Oh no on the surgery being denied.Prayers and hugs there will be a more positive resolution.Praying you will be pleasantly surprised with Richard's separation package.
Audrey LOL on Bee being a wild child. It was in the 90's when we were out and so far our high has been 101.They said we were getting a front and there is not going to be one day under 100 for the next week. Some front. It was 1:30 by time we got around to lunch also.We must have been on the same schedule even if we aren't in the same time zone.I am exhausted also.I don't know when it will even get cooler nights this year. Our low has been 80 every morning around 5:00-6:00.It's just draining as I'm sure you know.
LaDonna Thanks.I already have my LT number so there should be no problem.Yeah on being OP.

Got it done. Took most of the day. More calls that I usually like to make --- not good at hanging on --- so I hang up and call back later.
Thanks for all prayers.

I thought about going into Walmart today and then thought that it isn’t that crowded in the early day time so there probably would not be a problem. This afternoon a neighboring store in Clovis had a bomb threat at 2:30 and the store was self evacuated.Authorities weren’t sure if it was a hoax or not but it is taking them hours to go through every inch of such a large superstore just to make sure nothing was put there.

Audrey Am glad that the WM was evacuated. Better safe than sorry. We live in different times. . .
Our school will have 136 classrooms equipped to automatically lock once closed. Good idea on one level, but can you imagine the disruptions posed by tardy students?
