If I could really make it work, I would not use any artificial sweeteners. But this time around, I've been using Splenda in my morning yogurt & on cereal. Those really are the only times I add sweetener, as I drink my tea & coffee unsweetened. I don't drink any diet drinks, don't really drink soft drinks at all. What I've had to swallow hard to accept is the cold, hard truth that the more I eat sweets, the more I want them. So this leg of my WW journey has me cutting way, way back on the sweets. No late night snacking on sweets, or much of anything else, especially. And it's been a big help to me to do that. As sad as it makes me! I do also like to use honey, real maple syrup, and molasses as sweeteners, but it's not the refined sugar that gets me. It's sugars, period. Also, I have a strong family history of diabetes, so it only makes sense for me to limit sugar.
Now I'm off to check out your blog!
