Really Thursday! Micki woke me to go out at 5:30.then dh got up and walked him a small way with no “solid results”. It has been a week and so he went again and tomorrow it will be a little longer walk. I will do a short one after sundown because this going up and down the lawn yields no results and is just as far!...
114 yesterday and same today.
Today's adventure was Costco, CVS and Safeway. Yesterday Frye's (Kroger)was rearranging the store. today I went nuts looking for stuff because Costco moved a lot, then walked into a major rearranging in process at Safeway which will result in mire stuff with tighter aisles. Hate that! They seem to be changing a bunch of brands too. Used my 40% of one item and 30 % off total coupons at CVS before they expired.
By the time it was all out of the car and put away, it was time yoga class, but I had done PT for knees, made a peach/blueberry crisp, made a carrot and apple curried salad for supper side, cleaned out the clogged fountain pump and mowed our little lawn before Costco opened! Time to sit!

You were on the move today, Linda. I hope Micki’s walks will yield results soon.
Waving to the rest of the crew.
Hair is cut! Yeah! I went to GFS and the credit union. I woke up feeling great. Sinuses clear, ears clear, eyes fine. After my jaunt outside, sinus pressure, ears clogged, eyes burning. We got paid today so I am going to order the herbs that Karen got from Amazon and is helping her allergies.
Hope all is well in your worlds.

Thanks for the Part 2 start, Chele. Like Linda, I was wondering why nobody else was helping Iggy when they got back. Or was it a "stick it to the new guy" deal? YAY on the haircut. BOO on the short-lived allergy relief. I hope Rootolgy will work as well for you as it has for me. I've had an occasional sniffle, but that's been all. I'm taking 2 capsules first thing in the morning and 2 more after dinner it seems to be keeping most of the symptoms at bay.
Becky, how were things in Taylor? Did you recognize the building the studio is in? How much have meetings changed since you were in your 20s? What else did you do while you were in Taylor? Maybe you can find an ortho doc there.
Nice retail therapy, Linda. Great that they took your expired coupons at BBB and good job using the gift card at the last minute. I think I get a BBB coupon via email just about every day. Almost spam. Did Micki like his new dish? Is he continuing to heal well? Sorry about the lack of output. That's really frustrating but not good for him either. I hate when stores rearrange and it takes me forever to find what I need. You have been a busy bee today and deserve some downtime.
Kathy, how are you going to spend that large sum you earned going to jury duty? Was it civil or criminal court? Has the front arrived yet? Are you expecting more rain? We do have several local state parks in addition to GSMNP. They are also doing a lot of work on the greenway in Sevierville. So we do have options. We had big windows in our schools as well and the flow-through ventilation made things tolerable in the heat. The same windows were also pretty drafty in the cold months. One of the benefits to being in the band was the air conditioning, but then we had to suffer through the heat of the outdoors in band camp in August. That was also my worst time of the year for allergies (ragweed), so I would suffer through and then go home and crash on the couch. Will DM's celebration just be a family get together? Any special surprises you're thinking about? I thought about you on my way to Knoxville, as I was sitting at a traffic light and noticed the license plate frame on the car in front of me that read, "my other car is a tardis".
Don't know if Liz will have a chance to check in, but her telecommute was approved and starts tomorrow. Great news for all of us!
Osteo wasn't that great today due to 2 cranky knees and some shoulder pain that I was dealing with after AF on Tuesday. She wants me to start wearing my knee braces when I'm doing the therapy, so I'll start that next week. She thinks it will help to stabilize my patellas. I thought I slept ok last night, but I've been tired today. Dale is going to a gun show in Lexington tomorrow so we'll be going to bed a little earlier than usual tonight. He'll be back Saturday afternoon. Arya and I will be learning new software while he's gone.

Chele, thanks for the 2nd Thursday start. Yay for the haircut! I'll have to take a look at the allergy herbs too. Hope they help. Linda, you were busy today and deserve to sit for a bit! Our Publix has been doing the same kind of rearranging. They expanded their deli/fresh food section and added more prepared meals. Some of them looked quite good and fairly healthy. This Publix is a bit unique since it has a mini Chinese restaurant and a bigger sub/sandwich shop area than most of them, probably to cater to the college kids. Karen, I haven't decided where to spend all that money yet. I'm thinking a good margarita will be in order. That was a lot of stress for one day. This was criminal court and a domestic violence case, so I was very happy not to have to stay the rest of the day and possibly today as well. It was clear earlier today, so DM and I decided to get the shopping over with. We came out and it was rainy and really windy, so I had to towel off my groceries when I got home. August band camp was brutal and my allergies were awful then too. DM's celebration will be mainly family with maybe a few friends. I haven't thought of any special surprises yet. I saw someone with that tardis frame cutting through the university one day, but any attempts at being cool were spoiled by the pizza sign on top of the car, lol! Sorry to hear about the cranky knees and hope the braces help. Liz, that's great news on the telecommuting! So happy to know you won't have to do that commute every day. Becky, how did the WW meeting go?

Thanks for the start Chele and I hope you enjoyed your haircut.
Karen I didn't go to Taylor.I decided to do the online chat and see if the free etools would kick in today or after my subscription ended at the end of the month.I was told I would have to pay a $15 missed meeting fee then next month if I weigh in at goal I would get free etools. One lady on the board said that's how it has always been but when I went to meetings in Bastrop I didn't have to pay even the first time. They found my LT number and I kept going until time changed and it started getting dark earlier.I was so upset with them I cancelled my online subscription and told Kenneth what WW could do to themselves. Thanks for the update on Liz.I have been exhausted today and we didn't even go anywhere.I slept fairly well but my body battery is down to 10.
