Gym - treadmill x 5 days, and Yoga 2x.

When I have done something this week it has been by setting the timer for an hour then setting it for five minutes of walking and then resetting for an hour...it works if I do it and I don't work up a big sweat that way.

Strength & flexibility exercises daily: push-ups, squats, calf & quad raises, plies, plus various stretches. These are all done without weights just using the weight of one's body. These I do without fail.
Cardio: Urban Rebounder (mini-trampoline) once this week. This is my cardio and I really should be doing more often.
Classical Stretch: A PBS program with Miranda Esmond-White. Also did this once this week.
Lifted weights once this week.
This was a good check-up for me. I would like to do weight lifting twice a week and the Classical Stretch at least three times.
