<waving>...
Toots dragged me out to Son#1's for what was supposed to be about an hour of lilac-bush-cutting-down (one whole side of the backyard has them; Son#1 needs the corner cut down so we can get to the tree that is the Big Project). 9:30 AM to 1 PM. Funny how they-all calculate time. As we were leaving, a police car pulled up for a 911 report at that address <?!?!?>. Tired, yes. But not in need of emergency services.
We're home and showered and will be heading out to Sunday Steak Dinner shortly. I suspect that there will be NAPS afterward.
Coffee... βββ... more coffee...

Quiet day here. My nails are always French tips π. I will work on getting kitchen clean today and refrigerator cleaned out as well.
Today Iβm continuing to focus on getting my water in. Iβll also be aware of food choices and portions and track everything. Have a great day everyone. Iβm smiling and aiming for blue.

Bee, you are just wild in so many ways My friend who is trained to be a physical therapist will never get a massage because she does not like her body touched. Audrey, at this stage of my life, and my ability and energy level, reading the last chapter after the first is the limit of my wildness. LOL I ain't needing a massage either.

Bless your heart Audrey. Nothing worse than no AC in horrible heat.

Bee I had never thought about that way of reading...interesting.Good goals.
Audrey I'm glad Laura and Nora could spend the night.Too hot without AC.Enjoy your party.
Cathy With 2 inside cats we could never open our windows even though they are double paned. We have one who can get out of any small space when she wants to.I too feel better after I get off the chair and get steps in every hour but then my knees are always ready for me to sit back down.
Susi Enjoy the lobster clambake.Your tomatoes are beautiful.
Ann I'm glad you slept well and awoke with minimal pain.I love ribs although they tend to be greasy so that's a once in a great while food but I don't like pulled pork.
LaDonna I'm glad you liked the food but sorry about the music. That's not my kind of music either.Hope you enjoyed your walk.

June Continued prayers for you and R.I hope your watermelon is good.We have only had one this year and it was one our friend grows to sell and it was so good.I have been OP today.Unfortunately the knees still hurt but I just need to live with that for right now.It is 101 at almost 4:00 but I guess it could be worse. We need rain so badly.
Ann I hope you enjoyed your trip to Walmart. That's so nice of Donna to go with you tomorrow.Enjoy lunch out.
MJ OMG on 911 showing up.Enjoy Sunday steak dinner.
Pam The French tips are nice too.Enjoy your day as you aim for blue.
Audrey I hope your family will continue to stay with you while their AC is out.
We went to church this morning.Came home and ate lunch followed by emptying trash and cleaning litter boxes.Nothing exciting today.Just too darn hot even inside.
