It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. Nothing heroic. We are just doing a ride from Beaverton OR out to Hood River. My wife is meeting up with us along the way. We are going to Mcmenamin's Edgefield in Troutdale and also staying at a B&B in Cascade Locks. I don't think any of the rides are more than maybe 35 miles and lots of stops. Just a fun time and with support.
Yesterday I rode for 50', mowed lawn for 30', and walked 75'.
