Good morning, all!
Looks like I needed a new mediProject for this week <grrr>... Toots complained of back pain starting last Thursday morning (we'd been pulling weeds/trimming at Son#1's on Wednesday afternoon). No biggie, right? We're old - we ache after physical labor. But it didn't get better, and he even said over the weekend that it was getting worse. Last night he was up&down (mostly UP) as the pain migrated to his left groin. Now he tells me (after direct questioning) that it was in his LEFT back - so my mind goes to kidney.
Mind you, I'd started asking on Saturday if he was having any pee problems and the answer is "no" so that's good. But while he was up, he decided to "force himself to drink" and include cranberry juice in the mix, and he says that it seems to be helping. He has an appt with our primary at 1:40 this afternoon.
So this morning I will take FourBoyz to the trampoline park, pre-order our Dominos lunch, and then load up the troops in Amazin'GraceTOO (GracieTOO for short) and head to the doctor's.
Yes, that's right - Amazin'GraceTOO - another DivaStory for Summer 2019 - coming soon to a message board thread near you.

June, have a great first day of school. My neighbor who worked at Fresno State said the same thing about traffic. There is a small window of time to get to campus without it being insane. Yesterday there was a huge fire in an apartment complex across from the campus. 18 units plus several cars were affected and we could see the flames when we left our Madera event many miles away. I feel so horrible for those residents as I am sure many were students who have now lost everything. There was no cause determined but it may have started where the cars were parked. Susi, I'm sorry the AC wasn't good yesterday. Our tour was outside and we went to the dryers where the heat is really high. These stupid people started asking questions while we were standing in the heat and I told Bob that we should leave and go a shaded area, which we and several others did. Most of the people on the tour were our age or older and not using common sense related to the heat. There were gift bags of dried fruit but we left just before they were passed out. I love dried fruit but it is not weight loss friendly at all. cathygeha Look at the UC Davis Integrative Medicine web site I love it. Dr Rosane Oliviera runs it and has a weekly blog on plant based eating. This week Wednesday and Thursday she is doing two live streamed webinars on kicking the sugar habit. There is even a workbook to print to do the interactive course. I am not plant based but like to include it as part of my week and because she is a university professor I trust her information more than some wannabe blogger. Ann, you and Carl have the very best friends and you are such good friends too.

Becky hope your knees are feeling better.
Audrey yes Carl and I are blessed with our friends.
My tests are over. We ate at Singapore and Donna was so happy. Put a smile on my face.
We are ready now to stop at another consignment shop.
Hopefully we'll be lucky.

Audrey I was thinking of your $50 Target card as a thank you for participating inthe medical review. Ha ha ha....at this point, I bet that the medical staff at the clinic and the health ins. reps. would pay double if I would STOP telephoning.
Ann Sending you a warm, loving hug. (Ha ha ha... I mistyped the word hug. Glad I caught that typo. I have no godly clue what the heck yiu would do with a warm, loving HOG). There will be days like that. Am glad that you are not letting today's blip alter tomorrow's lunch plan. Better to enjoy dining at the new place w/ a friend as a treat to yourself. That's what important at this moment.
Susi Not cool, not cool at all about a flagging AC. (Terrible pun intended). Sweet-- great that's you are left w/ the fixings for lobster rolls! Win-win!

Mj Arghhhh... Toot's back pain Will pray for the best possible outcome for him. Am doubling down, b/c if he is anything like R. . . Maybe we can figure out a way for our guys to supervise rather than perform the tasks? Hope that your GS have fun at the trampoline park.
Becky How is your Monday going? praying that your knees are less painful today. Thx for the first day wishes. Goodness there was one hiccup after another, but driving & parking were not issues. That was a plus, for sure.
Ann Yay! Glad you had a lovely lunch and are now cruising a thrift stores. Ya never know what you will find.
Audrey The thing about common sense is that it is not common. When we went on the slave tour at Monticello last year, it was hot, hot, hot. We inthe shade whenever I could. Hate to say this, but we left the tour early because of the presentation.

Ann I'm glad your tests are done and Donna was happy to eat out with you and Carl.Enjoy your time out.I wish I could say my knees are better but unfortunately not.I'm just learning to live with it and when they hurt too much I tone back the exercise.
It is already 100 degrees and humid here.Thank goodness Kenneth did his fence repair before we left for HEB and Walmart. Both the stores were crowded and the kids went back to school this morning so go figure.Maybe the parents had to stock up on food since the kids were out of the house.LOL.
