B - ice coffee- w/skim milk I fried egg over toaster oven cooked TJ's shredded hash browns with a dash of ketchup (I figured the toaster oven method would use less oil then pan cooking) 1 slice toast plain
B #2 32 ounce Green Smoothie (water, 3 raw frozen brussels spouts, banana, frozen blueberries, frozen cranberries, green grapes, celery spinach, 1 scoop TJ's organic pea protein powder, tsp beet root powder, 1/2 tsp amla powder)
L- Leftover chicken salad and saltine crackers.
D- Large Salad: (Romaine, tomato, roasted butternut squash, radishes, chayote squash, baby carrots, diced apple, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds) TJ's ranch
S- mixed nuts, TJ'd dried mango,
E- DOR

Had a few bites of the bottom half of an everything bagel with whipped cream cheese
Brought bacon and Swiss and few slices of salami to work. I will stop at the store at lunch to get a head of lettuce and make a big salad.
Hollywood Bowl tonight so will bring wine and food for me and girls. Well, the wine is for me of course.
