B- Plain FF greek yogurt w/ flax meal, chia, wheat germ, hemp, pistachio unsalted nuts, TJ's muesli, blueberries, cranberries, 1/2 banana ice coffee w/skim milk.
L- none
D-salmon- mixed veggies, baked sweet potato, cup unsweetened applesauce
S- tea w/skim milk. TJ's Mini Italian Biscotti cookies 1 serving is 3. 1/2 apple w/ TJ's unsalted peanut butter

The day will be largely freeform depending on mood.
Breakfast: Coffee w/SFCM Nature Valley Crunchy PB Granola Bars
Lunch: Carlβs Jr. double cheeseburger Fries
Dinner: Horseradish-Crusted Beef Tenderloin Asparagus Skim milk
Snacks: Light & Fit FF Greek Yogurt Diet Coke Water
