B- Ice coffee w/ skim milk Sandwich: 2 slice dry toasted Ezekiel bread w/ 1 scrambled egg, tsp salsa, 1 sliced very thin onion, 1/2 avocado
B/L- 24 oz Smoothie- (spinach, celery, blueberries, cranberries, 1/3 banana, 1 scoop TJ's unsweetened pea protein, Water)
D-spaghetti w/ tomato sauce and ricotta. Salad- Romain, baby carrots, radishes- Tj Ranch
S-Tea w/ skim milk -- TJ mini biscotti
E- Gym. Beginner ballet class & jog/walk track. Some stretching. Fitbit around 20K
