I'm IN.
ShopRite (early) and then Not Much <fingers & toes crossed>
There's some tree-trimming here that needs to be done (pole saw work) but it doesn't have to be today. BTW: the face bruise looks worse (as I expected) but both it and the wrist/arm are getting better. THANK YOU to all who recommended the arnica gel - it works!

It's a work day for me. And not so nice out.
A shout out to our East Coasters from NC down. Stay safe from Dorian. Follow warnings!

I'm IN. Another hot and humid day here in Houston as we are now starting SUMMER SEASON #2. This will only last until Thanksgiving! I finished my walk, this time in the neighborhood. I'll be making a grocery run later but otherwise, a slow day. Hope everyone is paying attention to the warnings about Hurricane Dorain. diva49, I too salute the American workers. Now, I'm looking for coffee....

Good morning - checking in Ok here in Jacksonville. They have evacuated some zones here, not mine. I'm hunkering down and not going anywhere My office is closed Tuesday and Wednesday, I work in downtown Jacksonville, which is right on St Johns river, so we'll see what the rest of the week looks like once this passes

Morning all! I'm in.
It's been pouring here this morning. No complaints - the lawn really needed a drink. My procedure went well Friday. Thankfully, I had no spinal fluid leakage this time. So no suffering and having to return for a blood patch. I couldn't make it down to the boat this weekend but, the gang posted/sent lots of great pictures. Last night, we had dinner on the deck with the fire pit going. Afterwards, we shucked several dozen ears of corn to blanch before freezing. It's so good to have a taste of summer during the colder months.
Hope all are safe in the path of Dorian.
Enjoy the day!

Iβm in this beautiful September morning. Feel much better today after relaxing yesterday and a good nightβs sleep. Not much on the schedule today except a quick trip to the grocery store. Be safe everyone in the path of Dorian.
