S - Usual coffee B - Veggie cheese frittata over arugula with evoo and lemon, 1/2 sandwich thin, skim milk L - Hot pastrami on 647 wheat with mustard, caprese salad w/ov, peach D - Coho salmon with ajvar/mayo sauce, roasted broccoli (evoo) E - 30 minutes spin/25 minutes weights

Breakfast:Coffee w/SFCM 1/2 English Muffin w/ PB&J Light & Fit FF Greek yogurt Lunch:Cooking class: - Lemongrass Chicken Fried Rice
- Grilled Caramel Ginger Shrimp
- Savory Vietnamese Crepes with Dipping Sauce
- Vietnamese Coffee Ice Cream
The food from the class was pretty tasty, and I usually shy away from foods like these. The Crepes were easy to prepare, eggless, and I think would make a nice, light meal. Dinner:TBD Snacks:Diet Coke Water

B- Plain FF Greek Yogurt w/ blueberries, cranberries, banana- tsp. each: flax meal, chia, wheat germ & hemp Ice coffee w/unsweetened almond milk
L- Leftover spaghetti w/ricotta
D- frozen waffles w/maple syrup
S- tea w/ unsweetened almond milk, TJ's mini biscotti, guacamole & salsa w/Tostitos scoops
E- dance class at the gym, jog/walk track, Fitbit: around 22,000

English cucumber with dill dip Grass fed 80/20 patties with cheddar and pickles and lettuce leaves
Need to pull in the reigns so something light for dinner

I love coffee ice-cream. Though I've never had Vietnamese style. I had to google it. Seems it's a very strong coffee w/ sweetened condensed milk. Sounds delicious ! It IS very strong. I ate about 1 or 2 Tbsp. We’ll see if I get ANY sleep tonight!
