Lunch: Avocado, bacon & cream cheese sandwich on Sourdough Diet Coke
Dinner: Air-fried Chicken (drumstick & thigh) Buttermilk mashed potatoes String beans w/butter Skim milk
Snacks: Diet Coke Water

B= ice coffee w/ unsweetened almond milk Small serving of leftover Plain FF Greek Yogurt w/ blueberries, cranberries, banana- tsp. each: flax meal, chia, wheat germ & hemp
L= D= Frankfurter, Heinz vegetarian baked beans, Salad (romaine, radish, tomato) TJ ranch
S= TJ's carrot juice.
