B- 1 slice Ezekiel bread toasted w/ TJ's no salt peanut butter and 1/2 banana Ice coffee w/ TJ's unsweetened almond milk
L-D- Frankfurter, Heinz vegetarian baked beans , roll.
D- Salad- nutritional yeast, Romaine, tomato, radish, carrots, roasted chickpeas w/TJ's Chile/lime seasoning.
S- TJ's dried mango, tea w/unsweetened almond milk, no salt mixed nuts
E- Swim at Y. maybe some light hand weights and stretching at home.
