Breakfast: Coffee w/SFCM Blueberry Biscones
Lunch: Eating Out
Dinner: Piroshki Milk
Snacks: Diet Coke Water

B - ice coffee w/unsweetened almond milk Smoothie: Water, baby kale, banana, blueberries, cranberries, unsweetened pea protein powder, amla powder & beet powder.
L- TJ's salmon burger on a roll.
D- Veggies over Basmati rice: spinach, mushrooms, zucchini, onions, cauliflower. Flavor with Saucy Susan apricot sauce.
S- 2 cups Tea w/unsweetened almond milk, TJ's mini biscotti, mixed nuts. It's so nice the weather is getting cooler and I can go back to my nightly cups of hot tea !
E- Sit-ups and a few shoulder exercises & leg exercises. A bit of stretching.
Plan: TRE- Time restricted eating. Minimum 12/12

Going to a Japanese seafood buffet for lunch today. I'll keep it all keto friendly except for some dessert! Their desserts are so good!
