Cardio: (Urban Rebounder, it's a mini-trampoline, easier on my bad knees than jogging) - twice Weights - twice Abs: three times Classical Stretch - once Body weight strength and flexibility - every bloomin' day

cathygeha, anything is better than nothing! You cannot 'up the anty' if you're doing nothing... lani, your Urban Rebounder sounds like fun, but knowing me I'd twist my ankle! Is it in a gym that you have this, or at home? I got in my 5 gym visits this week and am motivated to get in one weekend visit as well. I'm doing 30-45 min treadmill sessions at a L3, though when I do intermittent jogging I can dial the walking part to about L3.2 or so. I've still not managed to make the weight training a regular thing after my cardio so I'm thinking I should go earlier to the gym and do the weights first, and the cardio afterward, maybe that will work better. Also did my 2 yoga classes this week.My yoga teacher was talking the last two weeks about gut health and everywhere I look I'm seeing gut health-related articles now. She says our brain is the 'office/filing cabinet' of our body, and the gut is our 'engine' so we have to keep it maintained and in peak condition or else it adversel affects the rest of the body.

I did two exercise DVD's two days this week. We are having lovely fall-like weather right now. We got little rain and no wind from the hurricane that skirted us yesterday.

borntexan , I think it might be painful. I still have a lot of cartilage left. I do have a mini-tramp at home.
