Surgeon told me the discomfort is from all the manipulation and work he had to do on that side which also involved under my right armpit. He told me to try doing things but to stop if I'm in pain. I go back to him for another follow up in two weeks.

Weighed in at my WW meeting tonight and I was down .6 which is good after my indulgence in New York City two weeks ago.
