OMG! I do that a lot! But at least I do it with Peter Pan's 1/3 less sugar PB, which I think actually tastes pretty good. It's sort of whipped. I try to limit it to 2 tsp or max 1 Tbs per day.
I also very much like PB and preserves on light whole grain waffles, but I only use 1 tsp on each waffle. That's actually enough for me.

DebDoesWW ,I guess this could have come with one of your warnings but as you know the warnings do no good for us enquiring minds.I do have PB on the table b/c Scooter used to only eat crackers with PB on them and no I didn't count the SP for her. However I have found a different flavor of cracker she likes without PB and the jar hasn't been opened in months.I bought this kind b/c it has more SP than the Jiff Whips and I knew I would be less likely to eat it but I do agree with diva49.There's nothing wrong with a butter knife and I have done this before after Scooter's last cracker. She never gets more than 4-5. I love PB but I think I'm more concerned about the dadgum that's good day

We always take PB & crackers or PB & jelly sandwiches when we go hiking. It has saved us many times!
I love it, and especially love Kroger's Natural. Not Kroger's organic, just regular Kroger's Natural. Nothing but peanuts & a little bit of salt. Anything else is too sweet for me now.
Thank you, Dr. Carver!

I only eat natural peanut butter. It's been an adjustment, but I don't feel the need for the other stuff now. I also don't love peanut butter in general - I usually use it as an ingredient as opposed to a spread or topping.

Yes, I have had the frozen PNB cups that Deb referenced in the first post and can tell you they are delish! I buy Jif Whips which costs more but it has less points. It's regular PNB that has been whipped so it has the same great flavor. I do NOT buy the one that is PNB mixed with chocolate because I could not stop eating that one!

I had the chocolate whipped PNB. It was like crack! very dangerous. I go through spurts with PNB. won't eat it for a year, but then can eat an entire jar in two days. Just best if I don't taste it

linda72,I really like the Jiff Whipped PB better but if I keep that on hand I know I would eat it.I can control myself on the regular PB b/c I'm less likely to do more than lick the knife. There is no way I would try the choc PB.Too dangerous for me.

The question of Jiff Whips having less SmartPoints is moot, because I'd eat the entire tub and probably drive to the store for another...that stuff is lethal!
I guess since it is also National Pig Day it is acceptable to pig out on peanut butter.
