I still have a lot of leftover heirloom tomato and mozzarella and pesto "salad" as well as fig and honey and blue cheese "salad". I also went to target yesterday at lunch to buy some cheese and salami for the work fridge for lunches.

S - Usual coffee B - Nachos - I am not a fan of WW products but their jalapeno cheese sauce is pretty good and makes for very low points nachos along with homemade pico de gallo fresh from the garden! L - Buffalo chicken salad w/Bolthouse blue cheese dressing D - Pan seared fluke, sauteed brussel sprouts, add'l sided TBD E - Piyo

L- TJ's plain FF Greek yogurt, banana, Ice coffee w/milk
D- Salad: carrots, roasted red peppers, edamame, chickpeas, english cucumber, tomato, Jicama, diced apple, romaine lettuce & TJ's ranch Soup: TJ's Sweet Potato Bisque
S- 2 figs, 1 mandarin orange, tea w/skim milk -something chocolate TBD
E- Gym: Salsa, retro dance, weights, Stretch class. Fitbit around 20K
