B- Oatmeal: 1/2 cup oats 1/2 cup white beans. Water, skim milk, blueberries, raspberries, 1/2 banana & cranberries ice coffee w/skim milk Smoothie- Water, Kale, edamame, celery, blueberries, 1/2 banana, collagen, beet powder, amla powder, unsweetened pea protein powder
L- none
D- On a sm. pain au lait roll- 1 slice turkey, avocado, 1/2 slice provolone. Soup- TJ's Sweet potato Bisque.
S- mandarin orange 2 figs.
E- gym

More of the same as yesterday. I'm finding I'm having a really hard time choking down the heirloom tomato and mozzarella and pesto salad. I think because it's all too cold right out of the fridge. I need to dump that one and start over with room temp everything.
