B- 1 scrambled egg, 1 slice buttered Ezekiel toast, Ice coffee w/skim milk Smoothie: Water, Kale, blueberries, banana, unsweetened pea protein powder, amla powder, 1/2 organic kiwi with skin, avocado, edamame
L- pret manger: shredded apple, Greek yogurt, crunchy granola and honey, topped with pomegranate seeds and sliced almonds.
D- small roll-turkey,roasted peppers, provolone -- soup-TJ- sweet potato bisque
S- 1 slice Ezekiel toasted w/ TJ's new cinnamon bun spread- tea w/skim milk
E- Gym(2 ballet classes, 1 tap class) Fitbit-18,000

S - Usual coffee B - Heirloom tomato and basil sandwich on 647 wheat w/canola mayo L - LO skirt steak, rf swiss and lettuce on sandwich thin D - 1 oz. penne with fresh burst grape tomato sauce, salad w/ov, light garlic roll E - Lots of yard work, walking, maybe a bike ride later if the weather holds.

Lunch: 2% cottage cheese Strawberries
Dinner: Chicken enchilada String beans
