Up 1.2 pounds since last Sunday morning. Had take-out Friday night and the other half of it last night so some of this is the sodium from that.

Wednesday 9/18 up 1.1 128.7 Didn't eat anything out of the way. I'm assuming it was the ibuprofen I popped for my sore foot.

Thursday, September 19: 123.8 - up 0.4 lb.
Marathon window washing going on here. The crew of five was unable to finish after working all day and will come back today. The windows were awful due to not being done for a long time (I was frustrated with screens getting damaged, but we have found an all-around handy man who is very careful) and a layer of dust from the house painting. There was a lot of sanding involved because of an old varnish layer. Anyway, I couldn't access the kitchen and didn't have lunch until 2:30 or so, missed my workout and mediating. Boo-hoo... Makes me realize how easy I usually have it.

Eating within goal parameters works. I have recorded honestly and been within calories on MFP. I usually drop 4-6 pounds the first week back on program. Incentive to do well longer. Goal has been fruit and/or vegetable at every meal and staying within calories set by MFP
