100 Day Challenge π― If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit. After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went. YOU CAN START ANY DAY OF THIS CHALLENGE! This challenge is very good for me - itβs been a good week over all and I was down 1.6# at yesterdayβs WI. Tracking every day is really working (like I knew it would).

Had a good day! WW lured me back with 3 months free; pay for 6 months & get 9 and the very first month has no cost at all. I am ~3 1/2 lbs from Lifetime so according to my calculations I have 1 month to get to goal and then not pay at all! That's my plan. I even walked to the meeting which was starting 10 minutes from when I finished the reenrollment! Since I finished with my coach I am adrift and felt I needed the accountability in some form. I'm still eating clean but added fruit. I still need to introduce other food groups back in and then see how they affect my inflammation. All in all I'm in a great place!

It is so rewarding to see all of the smiley faces and to hear the success so many are having. Glad you are enjoying and benefiting from the challenge! I am back to tracking and exercising today...here's to all of us doing well the next 92 days
