Your Plan: 8 ways to handle your too-much-sitting situation
There doesn't seem to be a link to a Weekly handout pdf - just the Weekly Topic.
<hmmm>
Edited to add (10:25 pm): WW site is down for maintenance. IMPORTANT maintenance.
<hmmm>
Edited to add (Mon 9/16): Our coach had mentioned back on 9/7 that there'd be changes in the Weekly. We noted that there was a formatting change, and that carried through to 9/14. The gal who subbed for us on 9/14 was making her closing comments about following up on "working the topic" and suggested that we "write it down in our book or make a note on our phone" so that we would remember what we committed to.
I think I'll need to go to a different workshop this week (Saturday schedule conflict looming) but haven't figured out which one yet.

9/16 weighin -.8 total -20 lbs.
WW 28 daily and 28 weekly.(in the hole by the end of each week lol) Intermittent fasting 16/8 - 18/6. Most days 17ish hours.
13 week average -1.5 per week.
Confident at this point that IF is the reason I'm continuing to lose.

Oh good grief, I am so sorry diva49. Either I have labeled one wrong along the way or just totally spaced it a few weeks back and got discombobulated. I thought the one from yesterday was this week's and didn't start a new one. Thank you for keeping things running smoothly. xoxo

I love that word too.
Down 1.2 this week, taking me into a new decade, one I haven't seen in decades. LOL. The cushion will be helpful going into the holiday season.

I attended the Thursday 10 AM workshop this week (may be busy Sat AM). Pretty well attended. Leader's been working for WW for I think 30 years; she is an enthusiastic and entertaining presenter who shares a LOT of her personal story (WW-related or not - but her group is used to this sharing).
She tried to pass out PENS so that we could TAKE NOTES, writing down TECHNIQUES (new vocabulary - she even said it was) so we don't forget these wonderful tips that we pick up at our workshops.
There was a handout that focused on creating a Habit Loop to "Find Your Sitting Solution" and "stand up for your health".
We ran for 45 minutes, much of which was not topic-based. And she did say that she would have to move the "celebrations" to earlier in the workshop, since "some people left and weren't there to clap".
And one of the guides had a phone that kept going off (RING doorbell signal) - coach said "It's my boss telling me to watch the time... get back to the topic..."
Edited to add: Cookbooks were 50% off. Scales were 50% off and the coach raved about hers.
