100 Day Challenge 💯 If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit. After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went. YOU CAN START ANY DAY OF THIS CHALLENGE! Fruit and/or vegetable at every meal
Quantity eaten at ever meal - oh my - not a goal this time around though
I have already walked ten minutes (five minutes at a time) and will get in ten more before the end of the day...maybe more? I also have a bit of work to do in the kitchen to clear the sink, unload and reload the dishwasher, wash pots and pans...etc. It will be busy today. Hubby wants hummus for lunch SO will probably have it in a wrap (or as a dip with limited bread) and have a big green salad or put the hummus in the salad or put all of it into the wrap. We will see. Need to soak some beans for meals this week and also might make some seitan.
