⭐ No Excuses ⭐
* This is a daily thread for those who want to live by the philosophy that you CAN be ON PLAN EVERY DAY, whether you are doing SFT or counting points for ALL foods! * You aren't doing this to brag; you are doing it for YOU! Because YOU are WORTH IT and because WW has made this totally DOABLE! * WW gives you a lot of freedom and a LOT of options that make it quite possible to live this lifestyle EVERY DAY. * You know that this philosophy keeps you on the straight and narrow. * Ifyou give yourself an excuse to go off plan today, there will ALWAYS be another excuse tomorrow. * SO, there are NO EXCUSES!!! * This is your LIFESTYLE and it is a lifestyle you enjoy and you live it daily. * Hopefully your participation here will not only inspire YOU but will inspire OTHERS too! YES, you CAN

Don't judge me by my past. I don't live there any more.

Loved the comments yesterday!
Today's hit home. So often people have expectations of others based on past performance/behavior/whatever. I am thinking that perhaps I don't need to think about "last time I tried" and focus on today...
That said:
* ten of the twenty minutes planned walk done already * fruit and/or veg at every meal going well * plan for lunch in place

Nice! You're doing this!
It's nice that we morph over time, and grow and learn. Look at who we are now!

I liked the comments too. For me I had no concrete great expectations for WW other than I knew it was a good program and something good would happen. I had no way of knowing what weight my body might "like" so I didn't set a goal weight and certainly did not set a time goal. If you don't know what your 'final" livable weight might be I don't see how I could know how long it would take to get there. My mom was very much in favor of not having expectations so high that we might be disappointed. My dad would not allow us to use the word "can't" in his presence. I think both ideas worked out fine.
Gosh I hope I have learned and grown as a person.
