* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. * Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. * If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the month

Ten of the planned twenty minutes of walking already done for today and will walk five more soon. I have some housekeeping that will add to the minutes. Knees are sore...from the standing for so long on Saturday? Who knows. Sometimes walking helps so five minutes at a time today and will see how they feel later.
BOB: As usual you are getting in a LOT of exercise. How was the WW meeting?

The WW meeting was fine. I mostly go to reach out to friends who attend and not so much to learn anything new. Rode 50 minutes to meeting
