Lazy to make lunch last night to bring today. Probably going to the self serve food bar at the local gourmet market and get a salad and a protein.

B- Plain FF Greek yogurt w/ blueberries, 1/2 banana, raspberries, flax, chia, wheat germ, hemp & walnuts Ice coffee w/skim milk
L- corn muffin w/ tea with milk
D- Chicken, steamed broccoli, mashed cauliflower with peas
S- Honey mama nibs coffee bar, tea w/ skim milk, mandarin orange and probably a fig or two.
E- Gym- Fitbit around 16,500.

I keep it pretty simple. Just your ground protein browned with a little onion, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper, then the soy sauce, fish sauce, a little splash of sesame oil and the shredded cabbage mix.
