Weekly Goal:
* Fruit and/or veg at every meal (this is getting easier) * walk 20 minutes at least five days this week * track on MFP and on paper
ME TIME: My time is my own. Hubby and I might go to a museum...perhaps see the exhibition we missed due to their delay in opening and our loss of patience. If we do go...probably will have a meal out somewhere.
No update on my BIL. Yesterday my sister said he is off ICU, was up and walking three times, eager to do what he can to facilitate his healing, still in pain. Tomorrow it will be 2 weeks since the original surgery. I hope his healing is quick and moves positively from here on out.

Getting the windows washed tomorrow, finally. It got put back due to house painting. The rainy season is going to start soon, but I've got to get it done.
Goal: Keep up with my good habits. We have a busy schedule coming up: niece birthday party, dinner with brother in SF, drop off cat and fly to Maui, all one right after the other. It is easy for me to get rattled when my routine is busted. This all happens next week, not this week.
Me time: meditate, exercise, read.

Weekly Goal: Continue to be 100% OP, with adjustments made if I slip here and there, so compensation is key, which I think will be helpful during maintenance.
Me Time: Meditation, looking for a Pilates studio. I'm taking a one month break from my yoga class. I love it on one level, but the teacher is straying too much into territory I'm not interested in, and it wastes class time. I'm basically paying to lay on a mat and stretch, which I could do at home if I was disciplined. So I'd rather pay money for Pilates, which I know works for me and which I cannot do at home.

Me time: Reading, walking, learning piano, journaling.
