* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. * Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. * If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the month

20 minutes walking and who knows how many in the kitchen cleaning and cooking
BOB: I know what you mean about going to WW meetings for the people and not for the talks. I found that when I went in 1984 the lectures repeated four times in a year...slightly varied but quarterly the same things were repeated. I also went for a friend I made there and that friend and I stayed pen pals through three moves to three countries.
