S - Usual coffee B - Joseph's flax pita - 1/2 with baba ghanouj/cucumber, 1/2 with hummus/shredded carrots L - Chicken sausage, peppers, onions, Velveeta on a 3 pt Italian roll S - Honeycrisp apple D - Haddock with lite tartar sauce, Mexican street corn E - 30 minutes spin/25 minutes weigihts

B- 1 slice Ezekiel bread toasted topped with:1/4 avocado mashed, 1 egg fried, tomato/onion sauteed Ice coffee w/ skim milk Smoothie: - Water, Kale, blueberries, banana, edamame, celery, beet powder, amla powder, collagen powder, unsweetened pea protein powder
L- none
D- chicken, broccoli, red potatoes
S- mandarin orange, a few figs, mixed nuts... later on a cup of tea w/skim milk and a biscotti
E- gym --dance classes, weights - fitbit 21,500

Lunch: Basque cooking class: Spinach salad w/baked pears, pear viniagrette, almonds Chicken thighs in a spicy ragu Fried potatos in a sauce Caramel flan
Dinner: Rigatoni w/meatballs & sauce String beans w/butter Skim milk
Snacks: Diet Coke Water

Ended up at sharky's for the chicken Caesar salad and a side of chips and salsa. Not keto friendly on the chip side but it was a single serving and they were worth it!
