Do you fill up on non-starchy veggies? If not them what do you eat/drink to fill you up?

I do fill up on my raw veggie salad at night. That is the only time of day I feel full (unless I'm overeating). The rest of the day I eat until satisfied.

I usually just eat what I feel like eating throughout the day till I hit the points/calorie goal. The other night I was still hungry or wanted to eat so had some more lettuce with dressing.

I don't mind being a little hungry from time to time. Often I am just thirsty and need to drink more water. I do look on vegetables, especially raw, as completely positive health and weight-wise.

If I feel hungry I run to fruit, string cheese or chilled water.
