⭐ No Excuses ⭐
* This is a daily thread for those who want to live by the philosophy that you CAN be ON PLAN EVERY DAY, whether you are doing SFT or counting points for ALL foods! * You aren't doing this to brag; you are doing it for YOU! Because YOU are WORTH IT and because WW has made this totally DOABLE! * WW gives you a lot of freedom and a LOT of options that make it quite possible to live this lifestyle EVERY DAY. * You know that this philosophy keeps you on the straight and narrow. * Ifyou give yourself an excuse to go off plan today, there will ALWAYS be another excuse tomorrow. * SO, there are NO EXCUSES!!! * This is your LIFESTYLE and it is a lifestyle you enjoy and you live it daily. * Hopefully your participation here will not only inspire YOU but will inspire OTHERS too! YES, you CAN

The tragedy of life is not death but what we let die inside of us while we live.

My first thought on this quote was that we are definitely not the same now as we were as children and youth. Some of what we may "let die" should probably be left behind but perhaps not all of it... I wonder what was being referred to?

Opportunity?
For some of us, not living our full lives because of our weight or size is the real tragedy. Sitting on the sidelines or not joining in to things because we're ashamed or worried about how we look or other people's opinions. Many of us have missed out on a lot. How many of us aren't in photos? Why? That's sad. We're worthy and deserving and need to live life to its fullest.

So true, Karen! I know that a friend that always moves to the back of the photo or tries to tuck herself behind others so half or less of her shows. I have done the same. We should live every day joyfully no matter what size we are.
