B: coffee; breakfast taco w/eggs and chorizo in a low-carb tortilla (been up since 3am, so I'm starved lol) L: ? D: burger patty, salad I randomly happened upon a video for a chaffle recipe yesterday! It made me think of you. I feel like I might like it, but with the eggs does it taste very eggy? I finally got out of my lazy pre-prepped lunches rut and made organic grass fed burger patties last night for lunch today. I ran out of veggies though so may go get a side salad to top the patties on.

finreporter , it depends on the eggs and what cheese you use. I like cheddar, but a lot of people use mozzarella for the more neutral flavor. I love this guy on youtube, here's a good video about a few different recipes. I don't mind the eggy taste, but some people say leaving the egg out at room temp for 15-20 minutes helps, using cheap eggs helps (I have farm eggs, and I don't mind the flavor), adding a little nutritional yeast helps, things like that.

It's hard to describe. I mean, it kind of tastes like egg, but not really? It's pretty neutral overall, but you can add seasonings, extracts, etc. There's a facebook page called "keto chafflehouse" that has tons of recipes

I'll have to try this with it.
