Winter can be a difficult time to motivate yourself to exercise when perhaps all you want to do is hibernate on your sofa till Spring. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!

Hello! Thanks for starting us Amy!
Amy, bummer about the fitbit! I hope it turns up soon!
Amy, sounds like you've got a good plan, I bet you'll have that 1 pound loss this weekend!
Brenda, WTG on your steps! Poor Maddie! I guess it's good you have the refund to pay for the surgery?
I went to PT around noon today and had my knee and foot scraped. Not fun but it's helps so much! I'll be going to the gym after work for weight lifting and spinning class.
