Just realized I didn't post a thread for today.
Credit for tracking, going to my meeting, and keeping up with my online support groups. Gratitude for my family.

credit: today is day 7 or keeping my journal and staying within calories - the scale is down significantly. There is always a big drop that first week. This is the lowest weight I have seen in a LONG time.
Gratitude: Sunday Skype calls with family

additional gratitude:
UPDATE: BIL being discharged and heading home. Sister and BIL so very ready. A friend will meet them in Sacramento to assist BIL out of the truck to move and stand and such before continuing the trip. Her friends have set up the house for with chairs and bathroom assistance things and bought groceries. I am thrilled for them though I know they still will have a long way to go before he is healed.

Credit for keeping up with my good habits. I have been better with exercise. I did something extra to my usual strength and flexibility exercises every day except Wednesday.
Gratitude for all the good things in my life. I am so fortunate compared to so many.

CREDIT:For trying to stay OP at the wedding, didn't quite work but there wasn't much to eat so it wasn't too much of a hardship. I had a few crostini and fresh tomatoes on top, a salad, and pasta, which I ate half of. I figured all of that would happen and planned for it, but I tasted three pieces of cake - just the center portions - but still, they tasted like shit so it was a waste of points in the end. I did go to the gym yesterday to try to work some of it off, and we went for a quick 30 minute walk on Sat, before we got dressed for the wedding. So there was efforts made! Today I'm going to a free trial session at a local Pilates studio, it's not the small kind that I'm used to, but it's a freebee so I'm willing to give it a try.
GRATITUDE: For my husband, my family & friends (including you guys!)
