D- TJ's low sodium butternut squash soup w/ some corn bread that I picked up at Whole Foods Leftovers (I made a big batch so you will be seeing this a lot) TJ's spinach tortellini mixed with TJ's Healthy 8 chopped veggie mix & TJ's balsamic vinaigrette.
S- Skim milk and TJ's Slim oreos. TJ's dried mango slices.
E- Gym -beginner ballet class- jog/walk track Fitbit 14,000

L: baked potato topped with green beans dressed with garlic and lemon an dseitan on the side. Dessert was cooked peach, cold farina and maple syrup

Yesterday's food ended up being one of those way unplanned meals. I dropped my girls off at a schoolmate's party and then when I came back to get them the parents encouraged me to stay and mingle. To the tune of my self control being lost around nothing bundt cake and wine! Well only a little wine but a large serving of red velvet cake. And some cheese and crackers. The unplanned intake was good but I hate when I didn't plan on it.
Today not sure what yet. I want a big salad but kids have a play date today at a jumping place so I brought nuts and fruit and salami and tuna salad ( for me and the kids and their friend).
Oh and forgot to add this kids jumping place has a liquor license so I'm having a prosecco as well.
