Weekly goals are tracking, going to my WW meeting, keeping up with my online support groups, and getting in some exercise. Me-time is my puzzle and computer time.

Goals: fruit and/or vegetable at every meal, journal all food, exercise some every day
Me Time: Wednesday with friends (need to get food ready and house clean) and of course the reading to review

Goal: get packed for Hawaii and do all the rest of the stuff I need to this week. So far I have measured out my supplements that I'm taking and have gotten started on washing the clothes I'm going to pack. And got the suitcases out, much to kitty's displeasure. Oh, and I borrowed 4 library e-books for my Kindle, probably overkill. I need to get a couple for Mr. Lani's Kindle also. He doesn't know how to borrow online.
Me-time: Keep up with exercise and meditating.

Me-time: Reading, coming here, written correspondence to friends and family, quiet walks.

Goals: Stay OP and tracking. I tried a new Pilates studio yesterday and it was pretty good, but it's on the more pricey side so I'm going to try another one that's $30 less per month, and see how that one is.
Me-Time: Checking in here, chilling at home in the evening.

Goals: Curb unnecessary snacking. Eat lighter at lunch. Track, track, track.
Me-Time: Play with my journals and planners.
