D: long grain white rice - 1/2 cup 2/3 cup broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, corn ice cream sandwich

B: one egg cheddar omelet with jam on toast and ice tea
L: spaghetti, tomato sauce & cheese
D: bean and cheese burrito
Evening: wine
I wrote it all down but did not figure calories or points...know it was not an OP day.

L. Rice cake w/peanut butter, banana
S. grapes
D. Sf cornbread, lima beans, cauliflower, thin slice of lean ham
S. yogurt
Not a bad day, free of processed sugar & gluten

B. Whole wheat toast with peanut butter, banana L. Sandwich with thin cheese slice, tomato, and a little mayo, 1/2 an avocado with salt and lemon juice, a few grapes D. Black beans with a little barbecue sauce, grilled yellow summer squash with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese, carrots S. 2 Dove chocolate Promises; plum, nuts

Breakfast - scrambled eggs with tomatoes, fruit (thawed, frozen mixed fruit) Snack - nuts, cheese stick Lunch - chicken salad sandwich on sandwich round, tomato & spinach, fruit Snack - caramel rice cakes, PB & banana Dinner - Raisin Bran, milk Snack - yogurt - and 4 individual Reese's PB cups scattered throughout the day.

Breakfast: 1 egg scrambled, slice ww toast with pb and jelly
Lunch:
Dinner: 1 cup mashed potatoes, glass of almond milk
I had a molar pulled at 11am yesterday, so my mouth was numb until about 3pm. I did have a large glass of ice tea (sipped on one side) during the daytime hours.
Supposed to eat soft foods.
