I did cardio at the gym, treadmill, Mon-Thur, skipped Friday though because my lower back was acting up and I don't want it to get worse so I took today off. I also tried a new Pilates studio Reformer class on Monday which felt great to do after not doing it for so long. Still not sure I want to join that place though. They do 3 month contracts so I can try it til end of December and stop I suppose. Will work in one day this weekend for the gym to make up for skipping today!

cathygeha, I'm another cheerleader from the sidelines. We are having wonderful weather today. Will make an apple pie from the apples from our trees.

bbbearsmom, Our apples are small and often wormy because we don't spray them. We have a lot of fruit and usually have something to eat from t he garden year round. I still want to try making quince pie and the quince will soon be in season. What kind of apples do you have and how do you make the pie (single crust, crumble/crisp topping, lattice topping or double crust)?

cathygeha, We have Macintosh apples. I did a double crust. I buy the prepared piecrusts from the refrigerated section of the grocery store.
