Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. * Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. * If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the month

Some kitchen cleanup but nothing really invigorating for exercise.
The computer was taken in. They "think" it is the adapter so asked if I wanted to buy a new one for 53 dollars. I think I have to but told them that if it does not fix the problem then I shouldn't have to pay for it and they agreed. My daughter wonders if it is the wonky electricity, power cuts, high sometimes and low others that kills the thing...same thing happened to the last little laptop from the USA. SO...if it does fix the problem will buy a stabilizer that will perhaps protect it when I recharge the battery.

Good luck Cathy. I did fry a wall socket in Paris and blew the circuit plugging in a water pik and turning it on. It is one of the few tiny appliances that size that doesn't do both 110 and 220/240. I managed to restore the circuit and clean up the blackened outlet plate. Rode 75' including some hills yesterday and did 30' of weights in gym.
