202.6 was my lowest weight last week - it was Tuesday morning
Then...prep Tuesday night, Wednesday with friends (too much food and wine) and days of leftovers had the high of 206.6 on Saturday see me back OT, throwing out leftovers that were not OP or that I did not like and then down a bit every day including this morning's weight of 204.
I am back on track and journaling within calories and not eating high calorie foods and will see where I am by Tuesday morning (tomorrow) and hope to be back near that 202.6 of last Tuesday.
After that...there is Wednesday and depending on what is served...I will eat small portions of what is offered focusing on the OP foods and limiting higher calorie items...including wine.

Monday, September 30: 122 - down 1 lb. This is the lowest I've been since 2016. I will be back to normal when I return from vacation, I'm sure. This will be my last post till then (10/11) Keep up the great work everyone .

I was up .6 at my WW meeting tonight, part of that is the sweatshirt I was wearing. Now that the weather is getting colder I will have a sweatshirt on every week at weigh-in.

bbbearsmom I wish it were sweatshirt weather here.At the very least jeans weather.I'm still wearing shorts and either a tank top or short sleeves.Our high was 96 today.

It seems I was at 202 not 202.6 at the lowest last week BUT am down to 202.6 today and with OP eating should be at 202 by tomorrow morning. The trick then will be to stay within calories for Wednesday and keep tracking and losing through October.

borntexan, We are in the low 70's today but tomorrow is suppose to be high 80's or low 90's, but no rain. cathygeha, You are doing great.

Wednesday Oct. 2 up 1.3 Was in pain and had to pop ibuprofen. I'm sure it's water weight! 128.3
